Nothing beats Teppan Kitchen for convenience when it comes to lunch. This is my favourite place to get Hainanese chicken rice (海南雞飯) in Vancouver. When they first opened I went almost twice a week, and I’ve raved to everyone I know about this place as well.
I always get either the rice or their Seafood Laksa, what can I say, I’m a creature of habit.
What I ate: Hainanese chicken rice ($9.25) + Combo upgrade – miso soup and honey lemon water ($1.50)
This is super yummy and filling. The chicken is deboned, and the rice is always fluffy and flavourful.
If you’re ever at Harbour Centre this is a must try!
