Peanut’s Bubble Tea is an old school bubble tea joint hidden in the Richmond Public Market. I’ve been going here since I was a little kid, and it never fails to fill me up with nostalgia when I walk by.
The number one thing to get here is their Taiwanese Wheel Cakes. My favourite flavour is Radish. It’s not everyone’s cup of tea, but there’s something about the savoriness of the radish that gets me every time. A new flavour they added to the line up is White Chocolate Matcha and that is definitely my favourite sweet flavour besides red bean!
What I got: Milk Tea
It was one of those weekends where I could not for the life of me keep my eyes open so I just got a Milk Tea to get my hit of caffeine. This was standard, good tea taste and not too milky which I like!
What I ate: Matcha White Chocolate Wheel Cake
I got this fresh so the outside was super crispy and the inside was piping hot. This really hit the spot!
