What is Afternoon Tea?
Afternoon tea is a British tradition that involves taking a break in the late afternoon to have a light meal and a cup of tea. Afternoon Tea is most often had at restaurants, hotels and even at home.

Weekends just got a little more delicious, with the sweet return of H Tasting Lounge’s Let Them Eat Cake! afternoon tea service. A nod to the Victorian and Belle Epoque eras of England and France, this delectable spread includes eight housemade sweet and savoury signatures prepared by Pastry Chef, Martha Ebro. Treat yourself to: Eton Mess Cheesecake; Brown Butter Almond Cake; Smoked BC Sockeye Salmon Blini; Pistachio Cassis Torte; and much more while sipping an exotic assortment of loose-leaf teas by O-Five Rare Tea. Served indoors and in Winterlust’s outdoor domes on Saturdays and Sundays, 11:30am – 1:30pm. Reservations are highly recommended.

2. Notch8 – Lunar New Year Afternoon Tea
Celebrate the Lunar New Year with a very special Afternoon Tea at Notch8 located inside the Hotel Vancouver. On the menu is a variety of delicious treats including Chilled Char Siu Sablefish sandwich, Foie Gras Turnip Cake, Red Bean Macaron, White Rabbit Lemon Cake and more!
