Bin 4 Burger Lounge – Burger Menu

For our burgers we went with:

My dad, the mushroom lover, of course went with the Wild Mushroom ($19.25) which features 63 Acre premium BC beef, wild mushrooms, garlic, cream, truffle oil, parmigiano, truffle aioli, arugula and tomato. We added a fried egg just for that extra decadence. I think my dad has a new favourite burger spot after trying this burger. The burger has so many ingredients, but they all work so well together. It was definitely a messy burger to eat, but so worth it. He got his with a side of onion rings, and they were fantastic. Crunchy on the outside and perfectly fried – I highly recommend ordering a side of these to enjoy.

My mom went with the The Big Dipper ($22.25) which features Brant Lake Wagyu beef, caramelized onions, crispy onions, swiss cheese, roasted garlic aioli, lettuce, tomato and rosemary beef dip. The Wagyu beef burger was so juicy and just dripping with flavour. The additional fried egg really brings it over the top for richness and flavour.

I went with the Lay It Banh Mi ($22.25) with a lettuce stack and added avocado. This burger features Vietnamese spiced 63 Acres Premium BC beef, roasted pork belly, hoisin sauce, pickled carrot, daikon, & red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lettuce and sriracha cilantro aioli. Unfortunately, my burger patty was burnt, but the other components were really flavourful. I’m glad I got it with the lettuce because it was crunchy and refreshing. For my side I got the Strawberry & Goat Cheese Salad (add $3.00) and it was so worth it! The salad was definitely the highlight of my plate for me. The goat cheese was plentiful, the strawberries added a touch of sweetness and the salad was well dressed.

Worth A Try?

Yes! My whole family really had such a great time at the new Bin 4 Burger Lounge in Burnaby. From the restaurant atmosphere, cleanliness and overall friendly service – everything was just top notch. My parents are already asking when they can come back!
