Top Brunch Deal in Downtown Vancouver: $12 Eggs Benny at Glowbal

When it comes to brunch, Vancouver offers some fantastic options, and Glowbal Restaurant in Downtown Vancouver is definitely a place to add to the list, especially for anyone craving a well-executed classic like Eggs Benedict. The best part – their eggs benny are only $12 each. For $12, the portion is modest yet satisfying, making it an excellent option if you’re aiming for a light brunch. To elevate your meal, I highly recommend indulging in their $5 sides. Check out my full reiew of the $12 Eggs Benny at Glowbal below.

$12 Eggs Benny at Glowbal + $5 Sides

Top Brunch Deal in Downtown Vancouver: $12 Eggs Benny at Glowbal Free mini donuts and smoothie shot for brunch at Glowbal Restaurant in downtown vancouver

The $12 Eggs Benedict menu at Glowbal Restaurant is available during weekend brunch every Saturday, Sunday, and long weekend Monday. All guests are treated a delicious little basket of fresh mini donuts and a smoothie shot. It’s a nice little touch. The Eggs Benedict menu includes the following options:

All the eggs benedicts come with a medium-poached free range egg (2) & hollandaise on english muffins. There’s also a small salad on the side. I highly recommend indulging in their $5 sides to fully round out your brunch. The options are:

Top Brunch Deal in Downtown Vancouver: $12 Eggs Benny at Glowbal $5 sides at brunch tater tots
Top Brunch Deal in Downtown Vancouver: $12 Eggs Benny at Glowbal $5 sides at brunch onion rings

The sides are generous in portion size and definitely worth the $5. My favourites were definitely the onion rings, tater tots and the Truffle Parmesan Mac and Cheese. The onion rings are crispy and not heavy at all. Like wise with the tater tots. The mac and cheese did not lack truffle flavour and it’s very rich – perfect for sharing.

The eggs were all perfectly poached with a gorgeous orange-red yolk. The hollandaise wasn’t too heavy and I enjoyed all the different options to choose from.

Top Brunch Deal in Downtown Vancouver: $12 Eggs Benny at Glowbal Red Wine Braised Short Ribs and Mushroom eggs benedict

The Red Wine Braised Short Ribs and Mushroom was the richest with plenty of meat. The umami of the mushroom really works well with the rich short rib flavour.

For lighter options the Smashed Avocado & Garlic Kale or Smoked Steelheed Salmon eggs benedict are always a great option. The avocado was well seasoned and held its own against the creamy hollandaise.

Top Brunch Deal in Downtown Vancouver: $12 Eggs Benny at Glowbal Canadian back bacon eggs benedict

Of course, you can never beat a classic Canadian Back Bacon eggs benedict.

Glowbal Restaurant Weekend Brunch Menu + Cocktails

In addition to their $12 Eggs Benny menu, Glowbal Restaurant has an extensive Weekend Brunch menu. We tried their:

Glowbal Restaurant Brunch Burrata Cheese is a light appetizer featuring slow roasted beets, orange, crème fraiche, endive, pistachio vinaigrette, puffed wild rice & pistachio crumble

The Burrata Cheese is a light appetizer featuring slow roasted beets, orange, crème fraiche, endive, pistachio vinaigrette, puffed wild rice & pistachio crumble. It’s the perfect fall starter. The earthy beets pair well with the freshness of the orange and creamy burrata cheese.

Glowbal Restaurant Brunch Japanese Fried Chicken Sandwich with Fries

The Japanese Fried Chicken Sandwich features fried chicken thigh, japanese katsu sauce, sesame aioli, lettuce, pickles, fries. It’s a huge sandwich and the fried chicken thigh was so juicy! This was really delicious and a must try for all chicken sandwich lovers.

To end everything off on a sweet note we tried the Buttermilk Waffles with Okanagan apple & elderflower jam, whipped cream cheese, toasted almonds. The waffles are freshly made with a nice crisp exterior. The Okanagan apple & elderflower jam was delightful and the apple flavour really comes through.

Glowbal Restaurant Bubble Bath cocktail pink bathtub cocktail with a rubber ducky

Brunch isn’t the same without a cocktail or two. The stand out for me was the Bubble Bath ($25.00) featuring cantera negra reposado tequila, peach schnapps, passion fruit syrup, lime juice, egg white. What’s not to love – it comes in a bathtub with a little rubber ducky!

Worth a Try?

Eggs Benedict at Glowbal Restaurant hits all the right notes — it’s flavorful, perfectly portioned, and served in an upscale setting that makes you feel like you’re indulging in a true Vancouver experience. For brunch lovers, this $12 plate is a must-try and a wonderful way to enjoy a classic brunch dish without breaking the bank.
