From February 13 through 15, Five Sails will showcase a five-course Valentine’s feast for $170 per person plus tax and gratuity. The menu includes:

- Amuse: Shiso Wrap – aburi A5 miyazaki wagyu, hokkaido uni, ikura, and shiso
- Choice of starter: Ebi Katsu – shrimp cutlet with japanese tartar sauce, cucumber salad, truffle vinaigrette, and 63 degree egg or Lobster Somen – champagne poached nova scotia lobster, gindara sablefish, somen, chilled lobster dashi, ikura, and tokyo disneyland furikake
- Choice of main: Shogayaki – crispy fraser valley pork, ginger soy, wild mushrooms, and naganegi on truffle risotto or Kani Carbonara – sanuki udon with snow crab, clams and bacon in a mentaiko-masago cream sauce with parmesan, free-range egg yolk, and tempura soft shell crab or Uni Gyu Bento ($30 supplement) – marinated wagyu beef sautéed with caramelized onions served on a bed of kamameshi style mushroom rice with hokkaido uni and caviar
