Beaucoup Bakery's Cherry Blossom Collection: Spring Croissants & Japanese-Inspired Desserts

At the heart of this collection is a focus on enhancing the bakery’s beloved specialty croissants. From the Dango Croissant to the Ichigo Shortcake Croissant, these new treats showcase Beaucoup Bakery’s passion for pastry innovation. Whether you crave something delicate like the Sakura Strawberry or the comforting flavors of the Sweet Potato Mochi Croissant, this collection captures the essence of spring. New to the Beaucoup Bakery menu:

Beaucoup Bakery Cherry Blossom Collection 2025 – Melon Pan

The newest addition to Beaucoup Bakery is the Melon Pan. Melon pan is a beloved Japanese pastry that combines a soft, fluffy bread bun with a sweet, cookie-like crust on top. While melon pan doesn’t actually contain melon, its name comes from the melon-like appearance of its crispy topping. As part of their new collection, Beaucoup Bakery has two flavours to choose from:

Worth a Try?

Absolutely. You can never go wrong with the pastries at Beaucoup Bakery and this new collection is excellent. I am not normally a fan of cherry blossom flavour, however the flavour here is very mild and delicate. I love the infusion of Japanese flavour in their pastries and the stand outs for me are: Sweet Potato Mochi Croissant, Matcha Sesame Melon Pan and Dango Croissant. Every item was excellent with excellent pastry and delicious flavours. I highly recommend you check out this collection before it’s over! Don’t forget to collect your stamps for the Noms Magazine Vancouver Cherry Blossom Food Festival to win some really cool prizes.
