Tutto Belle Il Gelato has been making waves with their Fried Chicken Gelato on social media for their realistic look and feel to fried chicken. The crispy exterior of corn flakes and the peach flavour was very strong and prominent. I really enjoyed the refreshing taste that pairs really lovely with the strawberry ‘ketchup’.
I was most looking forward to try the Sweet Corn Gelato Tart because I am very intrigued by the use of corn in dessert. This creation did not disappoint! The corn custard gelato was so smooth and flavourful and they don’t hold back on the corn taste. Corn is definitely a flavour to watch out for this year in dessert because it just works so well! The flakey Portuguese tart base also pairs well with it’s buttery layers.
The Black Pineapple Mochi is light and very refreshing. The black colour makes your mind think of different flavours but when you bite in you’re hit with a super fruity pineapple flavour. The mochi skin is so soft and chewy – it’s absolutely perfect. The Blueberry Mochi is another lovely fruity creation with a super packed blueberry flavour with an equally delightful mochi skin.
