Method
- Wash, peel and cut your potatoes into smaller pieces.
- Place your potatoes in a steam proof dish and cook until fork tender.
- Mash your potatoes until almost smooth (a few chunks is fine).
- Add your seasoning and mix to combine.
- Add your cornstarch and mix to combine.
- Shape into balls (or use a cookie cutter to make cute shapes).
- Place into your airfryer and brush or spray the nuggets with oil.
- Air fry at 280C for 25 minutes. Enjoy with mayo or ketchup!
