4 Ingredient Potato Nuggets

Ingredients
  

  • 300 grams yellow skin potatoes
  • 30 grams cornstarch
  • 10 grams seasoning of choice
  • Oil

Method
 

  1. Wash, peel and cut your potatoes into smaller pieces.
  2. Place your potatoes in a steam proof dish and cook until fork tender.
  3. Mash your potatoes until almost smooth (a few chunks is fine).
  4. Add your seasoning and mix to combine.
  5. Add your cornstarch and mix to combine.
  6. Shape into balls (or use a cookie cutter to make cute shapes).
  7. Place into your airfryer and brush or spray the nuggets with oil.
  8. Air fry at 280C for 25 minutes. Enjoy with mayo or ketchup!
