Classic Hong Kong Style Ketchup Spaghetti

Ingredients
  

Sauce Ingredients
  • 1 can Campbell's Tomato Soup
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 1/2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
Spaghetti Ingredients
  • 500 grams spaghetti
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup ham, sliced
  • 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil

Method
 

  1. Prepare spaghetti as per instructions on package. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a hot pan, add your oil and onions and saute until soft.
  3. Add ham and saute for a few minutes.
  4. Add tomato soup, ketchup, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir until combined.
  5. Add frozen vegetables and let simmer for five minutes until the vegetables are cooked through.
  6. Add spaghetti to the sauce and mix until combined. Serve and top with remaining sauce.
