Honey Soy Glazed Sablefish

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 6-oz sablefish fillets

Method
 

  1. In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the honey, soy sauce, and balsamic vinegar until it thickens slightly, about 3 minutes.
  2. Pat the sablefish fillets dry with a paper towel.
  3. Brush the fish fillets with the prepared soy glaze and coat well.
  4. Broil the sablefish for about 6 to 8 minutes, or until the fish is opaque all over. Remove from the oven.
  5. Serve with your favourite side dish!
