What I ate: Mixed Greens ($9) Field greens and garden vegetables in a vinaigrette dressing.
This salad was pretty bad. I should have asked what they meant by “garden vegetables” but having giant rings of raw onion and shredded celery is not my type of salad. The vegetables were fresh though! I would never get this again.
What I ate: 12oz Top Sirloin with a Twice Baked Potato ($31)
My go to dish here (that or the New York). I always get my steak rare, and this didn’t disappoint. Sometimes you just need to have a big slab of meat to help get you through the week and this definitely did the trick.
Would I come back? Yes. It’s a favourite for my family and a good place to get a really decently priced steak. I was too full this time, but next time I’m going to save room for some Billy Miner Pie!
