Your favourite winter experience is back! Starting October 30th through December, H Tasting Lounge is bringing back Winterlust – their stunning dome dining experience. Dine in one of five private translucent domes on the H Tasting Lounge patio, located in Coal Harbour at The Westin Bayshore, Vancouver.
This winter, the traditionally Alpine-fitted domes will integrate celestial-inspired elements. Journey through immersive culinary experiences while reveling in the comfort of your thoughtfully appointed dome.
The domes – each accommodating up to six guests – will have a shimmering chandelier of stars, accompanying centerpiece and climbing greenery. Designed with panoramic glass paneling, the domes offer a sightline to the North Shore Mountains and waterfront. Each dome is well-equipped for cool winter nights with a heater and independent sound system to ensure a personalized experience.
The minimum spend for each dome (not including tax and gratuity) is:
- Dinner Weeknights: $400
- Dinner Friday & Saturday: $500
- Lunch Weekdays: $200
- Lunch Weekends: $300
Plan ahead for this coveted reservation of the season. The reservations were all taken super fast last year, so make sure you make reservations on October 20th at 3pm to secure your dome.
The new menu for the upcoming Winter season will be seafood-forward with options including salt-baked seabass, seared lobster tail and miso-marinated pacific sablefish. The showstopping flamed certified Angus beef Tomahawk will make its impressionable return as well. Additionally, noteworthy vegetarian options are the locally sourced butternut squash salad and the burrata salad.
Never one to shy away from theatrics, H Tasting Lounge will be introducing a new interactive experience where a liquid nitrogen-dipped rose clapped over a deconstructed black forest cake!
