The holiday season is looking bright with the launch of the brand new Santa speak-easy pop-up bar at Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. This Pop-Up Holiday Bar will be open from December 1, 2023 to January 1, 2024. This Santa speak-easy inspired holiday bar pop-up is nestled within the lower lobby walls of the iconic Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. The space is totally transformed with twinkling decor and cozy corners. There is a semi-private area for groups of up to 8 to gather to celebrate the holidays. Open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 5:00pm, Kringle’s will offer a hand-crafted menu of holiday-themed cocktails and light bites. Reservations are a must, so reserve your spot today!
Kringle’s at Fairmont Hotel Vancouver – Cocktails and Food Menu
Kringle’s has brand new delicious cocktail menu and food menu to celebrate the season. Cocktails include:
- Starry Night Negroni – Roku gin, pomegranate, campari, sweet vermouth, rosemary
- Festive Vintage Elderflower – St. Germain, grapefruit, Galliano, soda
- House Made Eggnog – A classic Fairmont Hotel Vancouver recipe with Makers Mark Bourbon
- Truffled Macallan – Macallan 12 YO, Amaro Montenegro, matsutake, chocolate
- Polar Vortex – Northern Keep Vodka, cointreau, lemon, lustre
Food items include Local Charcuterie and Cheese, Garlic Brioche Pull Apart Bread (this was incredible!) and Albacore Tuna Tataki. There’s also a small selection of desserts including OMG Chocolate Cake, Cranberry Cake and Trifle!
As if that wasn’t exciting enough, from December 1 through 31, a life-size Advent Calendar will unlock a delightful daily surprise! The surprises range from champagne pours, exclusive daily features and more. And on December 31, Kringle’s will welcome 2024 in style with a can’t miss party!
Kringle’s at Fairmont Hotel Vancouver is a must add to your holidays this season. It’s such a fun space, and you really will feel the holiday spirit. It’s a bit hidden (it’s downstairs from the main entrance where the shops and spa are). You will truly feel like you’re in a different space that is chock full of holiday cheer and fun.
