Bagel Day is the newest sensation in Vancouver. They are serving up Asian inspired bagels that will definitely have you feeling nostalgic. Their fun and quirky design and delicious bagels are all the rage right now and it’s super hard to snag a box of these delicious bagels.
Having tried them, I can 100% say its worth the effort to try and get a box. Bagel Day currently features a rotating weekly menu and for my box I got to try:
- Bolo Baogel
- Scallion Pancake Bagel
- Honey Butter Baogel
- Gochujang Honey Garlic Cream Cheese Bagel
- Cocktail Baogel
- Pork Floss Baogel
First off, I think calling them “baogel” is so cute because so many of the flavours are inspired by Chinese bakery buns and the flavours just work so well with the bagels.
The bagels all have a slight crisp and chew and a fluffy inside. The bagels are not dense at all and every flavour was just spot on for me. If I had to pick the standouts it would be the Bolo Baogel, the Gochujang Honey Garlic Cream Cheese Bagel and the Honey Butter Baogel. The Gochujang Honey Garlic Cream Cheese Bagel is a riff of of the popular Korean Cream Cheese Stuffed Garlic Bagels. The spice from the gochujang compliments the honey garlic cream cheese so well. This bagel is so sinful and indulgent and a definite must order if it’s available.
The Bolo Baogel topping was just absolutely chef’s kiss. It was the most perfect bolo bao topping. If they made an extra large bagel version of this I would be all over it. I can absolutely see why it’s their best seller.

To place an order, you just need to select your bagels and your preferred pick up time when you check out.
