  • Potato Crusted Oysters – their signature item and for good reason. It’s like eating a hickory stick wrapped oyster and it’s just as delightful as it sounds.

  • Pacific Scallop Gratin – red miso dashi, sesame, scallion, shiitake mushroom, rice. It’s the most comforting dish of baked seafood rice, but fancy.
  • Seared Lingcod – malaysian laksa curry, gai lan, bean sprouts, peanuts, coconut The Thai influences from Chef’s recent trip really shines through in this menu. The punchy laksa flavours work so well with the delicate and moist ling cod.
  • 21oz Ribeye Steak – gorgonzola bread & butter pudding, poached plums, braised leeks, red wine jus. Dare I say the star of this dish is the bread pudding? It’s so ingenious and delightful.
