Hello Nori has launched a special holiday dine-in menu running December 1–25, and it’s exactly the kind of elevated, seasonal experience you’d expect from them. The focus is premium ingredients, clean flavour, and a lineup that feels intentionally crafted for a once-a-year treat. The format is a five-course hand roll progression (with a dessert at the end), each one delivered fresh, one at a time, the way Hello Nori does best. The Premium 5 Hand Roll Course ($85) is worth the holiday indulgence and is very well priced for what you get. Check out my full review of the Hello Nori Holiday menu below!
2025 Hello Nori Holiday Menu
The Premium 5 Hand Roll Course ($85) includes the following:
- 1st Course: O-Toro Hand Roll
- 2nd Course: Ikura & Kani Hand Roll
- 3rd Course: Bafun Uni Hand Roll
- 4th Course: Truffle Lobster Tail Hand Roll
- 5th Course: Japanese Wagyu Hand Roll
- 6th Course: Dessert – Mont Blanc

Starting off strong with a O-Toro Hand Roll, rich, buttery bluefin tuna belly. Simple, high-quality and utterly unctuous.

Next we have an Ikura & Kani Hand Roll where briny, house marinated ikura is paired with sweet crab. Bright, and balanced, I really enjoyed the contrast of flavours and textures.

Perhaps my favourite hand roll (I am an extremely biased uni fan) is the Bafun Uni Hand Roll. Warm rice with fresh crisp seaweed and the freshest Hokkaido uni with its signature creamy, ocean-sweet flavour.

A holiday-only luxury item and it shows, they really load up the roll with lots of uni!

This is followed by an equally luxurious Truffle Lobster Tail Hand Roll which they torch right in front of you with charcoal.

The truffle is aromatic, not overpowering. The lobster is sweet that balances out the char from the torch.

Rounding off this extremely luxurious meal is the Japanese Wagyu Hand Roll. A warm, melt-in-your-mouth finish before dessert.

Wagyu in hand roll form is indulgent without being too heavy.

For a not too sweet ending we have a delightful Mont Blanc. Chestnut cream, airy texture, winter-appropriate and not overly sweet. Good way to close the meal.
