Holy Duck chili oil (or chili oil of your choice)

lime (juiced)

green onion (chopped)

toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)

cilantro (optional)

cooked udon
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine your rice wine vinegar, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, lime juice, chili oil and green onion.
Add your cooked udon noodles and mix well.
Garnish with sesame seeds, more green onion and cilantro and finish with a drizzle of chili oil.
Enjoy immediately!
