Quick and Easy Chili Udon

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp Holy Duck chili oil (or chili oil of your choice)
  • 1/2 lime (juiced)
  • 1 sprig green onion (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp cilantro (optional)
  • 1 package cooked udon

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine your rice wine vinegar, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, lime juice, chili oil and green onion.
  2. Add your cooked udon noodles and mix well.
  3. Garnish with sesame seeds, more green onion and cilantro and finish with a drizzle of chili oil.
  4. Enjoy immediately!
