Green Onion Oil

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups chopped green onion
  • 1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil
  • 1/3 cup Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce For Seafood
  • 1 Thai red chili pepper

Method
 

  1. Dice up your green onions (stems and all).
  2. In a pan heat up your oil. Add your green onion and cook them until they are soft.
  3. Remove from the heat and stir in soy sauce.
  4. Add a finely diced chili (adjust for spiciness for your taste). Serve with freshly boiled spot prawns!
