Ingredients
  

  • 1 package frozen udon
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 mentaiko sacs
  • 1/2 cup kimchi
  • green onion (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. In a large pot prepare your frozen per package instructions.
  2. In a non stick skillet, add your butter and stir fry kimchi for a few minutes.
  3. Add your cooked udon and combine together.
  4. Turn off the heat, and add your mentaiko. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
  5. Serve with chopped green onion. Nori and egg yolk is optional!
