This location is my least favourite. Every single time I come here it takes forever to flag down a waitress and the tables are always dirty. Today I came by with V and the table we got had crumbs everywhere so we flagged down a waitress to wipe the table down and she ended up flinging most of the crumbs onto my dress. I recommend going to the Joey located in Bentall One because the service is a lot better there, and they have their Osaka Pressed Sushi (which is comparable to Miku!).
What I drank: Summer Sangria ($4 during Happy Hour)
This is my go to drink when I come here. I like that it isn’t too boozy and it’s pretty refreshing. This drink used to have more fruits in it, but for the price I can’t really complain.
What we ate: Hawaiian Tuna Taco and Sushi Cone ($3.50 each)
I didn’t have any, but V was pretty disappointed in the taste. Portion wise I’d go to Earls, because for $3 their Chicken Taco blows this one out of the water in terms of ingredients and visual appeal.
Would I come back? Not to this location. I’ve been here more than ten times and every time the service has been less than desirable. I rather go to the one in Bentall One even though the noise level is much higher.
