The Sephora Beauty Insider program is Sephora’s free rewards program in the United States and Canada that lets you earn points on all purchases. You can use these points to redeem rewards in the reward bazaar. Each dollar spent is equal to one point, although they do have special events where you can earn bonus points on purchases. One of the biggest perks is the birthday reward. There is usually 3-4 choices each calendar year and they always have a good variety to choose from. I tend to save up my points to redeem for bigger rewards. The good rewards are usually chosen pretty quickly, so keep an eye out on the app for when they restock. One of the best rewards is the 500 point La Mer Glow Kit. This is one of the best values if you are looking to try a luxury skincare brand. Check out my review below of the La Mer Sephora Beauty Insider Reward!
La Mer Glow Kit – Sephora Reward
This reward features:
- 0.12oz/3.5ml The Moisturizing Soft Cream
- 0.17oz/5ml The Renewal Oil
- 0.1oz/3ml The Regenerating Serum
- 0.1oz/3ml The Eye Concentrate
Although it may seem that the sizes are very small, a little bit really does go a long way. I was able to use this kit pretty regularly for 6 months before I ran out.
The La Mer Moisturizing Soft Cream has a mini size (15 ml) for $125. This is an ultra-soft hydrating cream to reduce look of fine dry lines. It was very helpful during the dry winter season, however I don’t think I saw any reduction in my fine lines. It was a nice cream to reduce dryness though.
The La Mer Renewal Oil has a mini size (15 ml) for $180. This oil helps with hydration, improving skin firmness, and helps to soften the look of fine lines and wrinkles. Again, I did feel that this product helped with hydration, however I don’t find that my wrinkles were less significant.
The La Mer Regenerating Serum (30 ml) goes for $500. This serum helps support natural collagen and skin renewal. My skin does feel bouncier after I use this, but I don’t think there was any significant improvements.
The La Mer Eye Concentrate (15 ml) goes for $315. This eye cream helps reduce the look of dark circles, visibly diminish lines and wrinkles. This definitely helps with my dark circles. I have a terrible sleeping schedule, but after using this concentrate the dark eye circles were a lot more faded.
Worth a Try?
The approximate value of this kit is $250. Would I splurge on getting every item in this kit? No. However, I do think the Eye Concentrate works the best for me, so I would repurchase a full size of this product. This kit is a very good redemption so I would definitely redeem again!
