Mello is back at it with two special flavours for Valentine’s Day! Whether you are celebrating with a loved one or celebrating by yourself – these donuts will definitely put a smile on your face! The two Valentine’s flavours are: Banana Pudding and Strawberry Mousse. Mello Valentine’s Day Donuts are here for a short time so try them while you can!
These two donut flavours will be available at Mello starting February 11 and is available until February 14. These limited edition donuts are available for walk in customers and for preorders so definitely preorder to avoid disappointment!
Mello Valentine’s Day Donuts – Banana Pudding and Strawberry Mousse
The Banana Pudding donut features a banana pudding filling with vanilla biscuits. The exterior is a black cocoa brioche donut which adds a nice touch of chocolate to the whole donut. The small vanilla cookie decoration on top is the perfect touch.
The Strawberry Mousse donut has a light and fluffy strawberry mousse filling also in a black cocoa brioche donut. The chocolate donut goes so well with the slightly sweet strawberry filling. The chocolate dip also adds to the indulgence – and I love the way the chocolate shell breaks over the soft brioche donut when you bite into it. This is definitely one indulgent donut!
Worth a Try?
These donuts are definitely worth a try especially if you’re a huge fan of banana pudding. This filling reminds me of New York’s Magnolia Bakery banana pudding but in donut form. I’m not the biggest fan of banana personally, but my family really liked this donut!
If you are looking for other flavours to try my personal favourites are: cereal milk, Nutella, matcha and their secret flavour creme brulee! However, I have never had a bad donut here, so definitely preorder in advance to avoid disappointment when ordering. Have you ever tried Mello before?
