Mello Vancouver always knocks it out of the park when it comes to limited edition flavours for the holiday. For Mother’s Day this year they have brought back two crowd favourites – Earl Grey and Black Sesame! I am always excited when these donuts make a reappearance because the black sesame one is a personal favourite.
Available from Friday, May 6 to Sunday, May 8 – these flavours are not to be slept on!
The Earl Grey donut is so smooth with a slight lavender taste. If you’re an Earl Grey lover this donut will definitely be up your alley.
The Black Sesame donut is my personal favourite because it tastes just like Black Sesame soup (黑芝麻糊). This donut has such a rich black sesame paste filling and it just goes so well with the light and fluffy brioche donut.
