Mello Vancouver has done it again with their cute holiday donuts! I always look forward to the seasonal specials from Mello, and they didn’t disappoint for Christmas. Check out the Mello holiday donuts below!
They have two new donut flavours available this December:
- Jolly Hazelnut – Ferrero Rocher inspired chocolate hazelnut donut (back by popular demand!)
- Zesty Yuja – Yuja-apricot marmalade filled and dipped with Yuja chocolate
I’m so glad they brought back the Jolly Hazelnut because I adore Ferrero Rocher and this one just hits it out of the park!
However, the Zesty Yuja is a very solid contender! The yuja-apricot marmalade, is jam packed with flavour and has a very slight bitterness that balances out the sweetness of the donut.
In addition to their donuts, they will also have two Bûche de Noël flavours this year:
- Classic Belgian Chocolate Cream
- Earl Grey Infused Cream
The Earl Grey one is a must try for all the London Fog lovers. It is just bursting with Earl Grey flavour! The cream was nice and smooth and the cake is very moist and flavourful.
Preorders start Wednesday, December 14 on their website only. Pickup and in-store availability start on Friday, December 16!
Worth a Try?
Of course! Their seasonal (and regular!) flavours never disappoint. These donuts are the perfect festive holiday treat to bring any holiday party or family gathering. I love the little holiday decorations – especially the little Christmas tree!
