Are you a food lover looking for your next culinary adventure? Then look no further, because Dine Out Vancouver is back for it’s 21st edition! This year the festival runs from January 20th to February 5th, 2023. Taste the world across the city at more than 350 restaurants with delectable multi-course meals and unique culinary experiences. The festival is a great way to get out and support your local community’s restaurants. Unlike previous years where there were three set price points, this year, set menus are offered at three price ranges. The ranges are: $20-$35, $35-$50, or $50-$65. Check out my top picks for Dine Out Vancouver 2023 at each price range below.

Dine Out Vancouver 2023 Picks – $20-$35 Set Menus

Dine Out Vancouver 2023 Bin 4 Burger Lounge

With all the rising prices happening, to get a full meal at this price point is incredible. Here are some menus that piqued my interest, as well as menus from restaurants that I’ve previously dined at and enjoyed!

Bin 4 Burger Lounge – I just visited last week and their $30 menu offering is a pretty solid deal for dinner, considering their burgers are in the $20 range. My pick would be the Strawberry & Goat Cheese Salad to start, the Bin 11 Wild Mushroom Burger (it’s so good!) and the Flourless Chocolate Torte to end the meal.

H2 Kitchen + Bar – I came here over the Summer to sample their new Southern BBQ forward menu and it was absolutely delicious. For Dine Out Vancouver, they have a $35 dinner menu which is a pretty great deal. For my starter I would go with the Chicken & Corn Chowder, followed with the Texas Smoked Beef Brisket and finish with the Banana Pudding.

Hawksworth Restaurant – If you’re wanting to experience fine dining at an affordable price point, the $29 Lunch Menu offering is worth a try! This is similar to their special lunch prix fixe, so it is a set menu. For Dine Out Vancouver, the appetizer is an elk tartare, followed by a bison chuck flat and finished with a poached pear & buckwheat financier.

This price range offers the most variety in terms of which restaurants to choose from. The set menus this year offer some pretty unique dishes.

Capo & The Spritz – I’m a huge fan of this spot, the vibes are immaculate and the food is always on point. They have a $40 Dinner Menu offering for Dine Out Vancouver that I’ll definitely want to try. For my appetizer I would go with the Radicchio Salad, followed with the Rigatoni Alla Norma and finish with the Tiramisu.

Chambar Restaurant – I’ve previously had their Dine Out in years past and it’s always been super filling, so at $49, I think their Dine Out Vancouver dinner menu is worth it. Especially since their Moules and Frites is priced at $32! For my appetizer I’d start with Le Boeuf, followed with the Moules Frites Congolaise as my main and finished with a Plateau de Fromage. It’s honestly a steal at $49.

Fiorino, Italian Street Food – This newly minted Michelin recommended spot is a gem in Chinatown. For Dine Out Vancouver they’re offering a $45 Dinner Menu. For my appetizer I’d start with the Panzanella salad, followed with the Seppie in Inzimino (seared squid steak) and finish with a tiramisu.

Showcase Restaurant & Bar – For Dine Out Vancouver, they are offering a $49 Dinner Menu. Their convenient location in Coal Harbour makes this a great place to stop by for dinner before exploring the rest of Downtown. To start I’d go with the Showcase Cornbread, followed with the Grilled Striploin and then finish with the Lava Cake! Their wine pairings also feature Saintly and Inniskillin (two personal faves!)

Winston – This spot is such a hidden gem in North Vancouver. I love their innovative approach to food. For Dine Out Vancouver they’re offering a $40 dinner menu that is absolutely worth a try. For my appetizer I’d start with the Warm Panzanella Salad. I’d follow that with the Lamb Neck Ravioli or the Mushroom Risotto and to finish I’d pick the Lemon Cheesecake.
