They have since expanded to various locations worldwide, including Japan. One of the defining features of Blue Bottle Coffee is their dedication to freshness. They roast their coffee beans in small batches to ensure that customers receive the freshest and most flavorful cups of coffee possible. The bans are often shipped within 48 hours of roasting to their various cafes, including the one in Shibuya, allowing customers to enjoy the peak of coffee freshness. The Shibuya café has a minimalistic and contemporary design. The clean aesthetic, paired with attentive and knowledgeable baristas, contributes to a memorable and immersive coffee experience. Blue Bottle Coffee Shibuya – Menu
Blue Bottle Cafe takes its craft seriously, and it shows in the quality of their brews. I ordered their signature New Orleans-style iced coffee. The cold brew, sweetened with chicory, boasted a remarkably smooth and rich flavor profile. The subtle notes of spice added a delightful twist to the coffee, making it a truly unique and memorable experience.
In addition to their coffee offerings, Blue Bottle Cafe often features a selection of carefully curated pastries and baked goods. While the food menu may be limited, the items available are chosen to complement and enhance the coffee experience.
