Bruno Richmond is one of my favourite restaurants in Richmond and they just launched a brand new weekend brunch buffet. The brunch buffet will be available every weekend (Saturday and Sunday) from 11:00 am to 2:30 pm. The brunch buffet is $59 per person ($25 for kids under 12). This indulgent brunch spread includes classic brunch staples along with a few luxe inclusions. This includes a prime rib carvery, chilled seafood, house-made pastries and cakes.

The Bruno Richmond Weekend Brunch Buffet is divided into 6 main stations: Pastry & Bread, Ice Bar & Salad, Carvery, Eggs a la Carte, Hot Bar, and Dessert.
The Pastry & Bread station includes: Weekly stuffed croissants and sweet and savoury scones
The Ice Bar & Salad Station includes: prawn cocktail, mussels & clams, smoked salmon platters, ahi tuna tartare, chopped salad, classic Caesar salad, weekly rotating salad and weekly sushi selection.
The Carvery Station includes: prime rib and a weekly carving selection.
The Eggs a La Carte Station includes: smoked salmon omeltte, meat omelette, veggie omelette and eggs of your choice.
The Hot Bar includes: eggs benedict, double smoked thick cut bacon, Fraser Valley sausages, potato of the week, vegetables, pasta, and a sweet brunch item
The Dessert Station includes: chocolate bark, tiramisu, panna cotta and flan, cannoli, financier, cheesecake, brownies, chocolate coffee cake, truffles and seasonal fruits
With so many delicious options to choose from, there will be something to satisfy every craving! The major standouts for me are definitely the pastry and bread station as well as the ice bar. Bruno is one of my go to restaurants for special occasions and my dinners have always been excellent. I cannot wait to check out their brand new weekend brunch buffet!
A number of creative cocktails and zero-proof refreshments complete this deluxe affair. Enjoy tableside presentation with a roaming Caesar and mimosa cart, or imbibe in the photo-worthy Bubble Bath, which includes your choice of bubbly by the bottle alongside a selection of fresh fruit juices and garnishes for the table.
