Beaucoup Bakery Cherry Blossom Collection 2025 – Croissants

Beaucoup Bakery's Cherry Blossom Collection: Spring Croissants & Japanese-Inspired Desserts

At the heart of this collection is a focus on enhancing the bakery’s beloved specialty croissants. From the Dango Croissant to the Ichigo Shortcake Croissant, these new treats showcase Beaucoup Bakery’s passion for pastry innovation. Whether you crave something delicate like the Sakura Strawberry or the comforting flavors of the Sweet Potato Mochi Croissant, this collection captures the essence of spring. New to the Beaucoup Bakery menu:

  • Sweet Potato Mochi Croissant ($6.95) – Beaucoup Bakery takes its classic buttery croissant pastry and adds a twist with this indulgent croissant stuffed with butter mochi and purple sweet potato almond frangipane. It’s a delightful fusion of textures and flavors, where the chewy mochi contrasts beautifully with the rich sweet potato filling.
  • Dango Croissant ($9.95) – The Dango Croissant blends tradition with innovation. This buttery croissant is stuffed with three-color dango and red bean pastry cream. The mochi has a sweet, chewy texture that contrasts beautifully with the flakiness of the croissant. Plus, it looks exactly like the emoji!
  • Ichigo Shortcake Croissant ($6.95) – This croissant is a strawberry lovers dream. It is filled with strawberry ganache, vanilla pastry cream, and fresh strawberries. The richness of the cream and the sweetness of the strawberries perfectly complement the buttery croissant.

Beaucoup Bakery Cherry Blossom Collection 2025 – Melon Pan

The newest addition to Beaucoup Bakery is the Melon Pan. Melon pan is a beloved Japanese pastry that combines a soft, fluffy bread bun with a sweet, cookie-like crust on top. While melon pan doesn’t actually contain melon, its name comes from the melon-like appearance of its crispy topping. As part of their new collection, Beaucoup Bakery has two flavours to choose from:

  • Matcha Sesame Melon Pan ($5.50) – This unique melon pan features a fluffy milk bun base, topped with a matcha cookie crust. The black sesame pastry cream filling adds a nice nutty flavour to contrast with the bitterness of matcha.
  • Sakura Melon Pan ($5.50) – this melon pan features a milk bun base topped with a cherry blossom-scented cookie crust. Inside, you’ll find a smooth pastry cream that makes this treat a delightful balance of soft, sweet, and subtly floral.

Beaucoup Bakery Cherry Blossom Collection 2025 – Chocolate and Cake

Rounding out the Beaucoup Bakery Cherry Blossom Collection:

Beaucoup Bakery's Cherry Blossom Collection: Spring Croissants & Japanese-Inspired Desserts Sakura Strawberry Cake Slice
  • Sakura Strawberry ($10.95) – This treat features a delicate hojicha sponge paired with velvety ganache, strawberry and cherry blossom compote and a cherry blossom ivoire mousse. The addition of cherry blossom jelly brings everything together for a perfectly balanced bite that captures the essence of spring.
  • Sakura Chocolate Bar ($13) – For those with a craving for chocolate, the Sakura Chocolate Bar is a must-try. Made with luxurious Valrhona Ivoire chocolate, the bar is infused with cherry blossom flavor and crispy feuilletine. The Sakura flavour is light and floral with great texture from the feuilletine.

Worth a Try?

Absolutely. You can never go wrong with the pastries at Beaucoup Bakery and this new collection is excellent. I am not normally a fan of cherry blossom flavour, however the flavour here is very mild and delicate. I love the infusion of Japanese flavour in their pastries and the stand outs for me are: Sweet Potato Mochi Croissant, Matcha Sesame Melon Pan and Dango Croissant. Every item was excellent with excellent pastry and delicious flavours. I highly recommend you check out this collection before it’s over!
