Glowbal Grill at the Telus Garden is one of my favourite restaurants to go to. The decor is gorgeous and the food is delicious.
What I ate: Dozen Oysters (x2) chef’s selection served with red wine shallot & chive mignonette
What I ate: Lamb Shank with guajillo chili broth, smashed root vegetables
The oysters were fresh, so no complaints there.
The lamb was good, but lukewarm at best. I mentioned it to the server and they did bring it back to the kitchen to heat it up, but it wasn’t much hotter the second time around.
