Miku has always been a special restaurant to me because my mother and I always come here for our lunches together.
It’s always really nice to have time to catch up with my mum one on one with delicious food!
The interior of Miku is gorgeous. The only downside is that it is extremely loud inside. Given how busy it is, it’s not a surprise.
What I ate: Miku Zen and Saba Oshi Sushi
A classic that we always get. It’s a great way to try all the “best” dishes at Miku.
Saba is one of my favourite types of fish, so I love their aburi oshi sushi version.
What I ate: Scallop and Shrimp (there was a fancy name but I forgot it!)
The seafood was fresh as expected, but the overall dish itself was quite salty!
What I ate: Saikyo Miso Baked Sablefish
You can never go wrong with this dish. The sablefish is always unbelievably buttery and smooth.
What I ate: Green Tea Opera
My favourite dessert in Vancouver. This dessert combines all my favourite things into one amazing dessert. I’m definitely hinting for a full birthday cake of this next year!
