My team had our Christmas team lunch here. The last time I was here was back in 2013, so I wanted to see what has changed since then.
What I ate: Linguini Pescatore – sauteed prawns, smoked salmon and pacific cod tossed in our pesto white wine cream sauce ($23.95)
Although it looks like this dish is full of flavour it was on the bland side. I had to liberally sprinkled Parmesan cheese (seems like it came from the Kraft bottle) and chili flakes to liven up this dish. The smoked salmon was good!
What I ate: Mango Gelato
Even though it was the dead of winter and Vancouver was in the middle of a cold snap, nothing can get between me and my gelato! This was a very generous portion of gelato and the mango taste was very strong. I really enjoyed this dessert after my lackluster lunch.
I would not come back here for lunch, as I found the pasta to be very mediocre. I would however drop by again for a gelato cone!
