I had dinner here with L when I got back from Japan. After almost a month of Japanese food, I’m glad to have Korean food again.
We went to Dae-ji per L’s recommendation.
This is the fifth time I’ve been to this location, but the first time that I actually enjoyed the food. Previously I have ordered things here that were boarder line inedible.
What I ate: Kimchi Fried Rice
This was SO GOOD. A bit oily from the copious amounts of sesame oil, but what Korean food isn’t doused in it? This was an enormous portion, and I had this for lunch for the next two days!
I would definitely order this again!
What I ate: Cheese ddeokbokki
This was delicious cheesy goodness. It came bubbling hot, and completely smothered in cheese. The ddeokbokki was a little softer than I would have liked, but the cheese made everything better.
