Summer Pork Chops – Product Review

Fresh Prep is a local company that reached out to me to try their healthy delivery service. They deliver prepped and portion controlled raw ingredients to your door so you can cook like a chef without having to do all the hard work!

I chose to test my skills with the Summer Pork Chops (medium-level hardness). This dish features pork chops served with blistered tomatoes, green beans, roasted red skinned potatoes and balsamic reduction.

The pre-prepped meal came in a nice black bag with ice packs.

I really liked how the ingredients were prepackaged and wrapped very carefully. There was no leakage which I appreciated.

I didn’t take any photos while cooking because this recipe was a bit more challenging than I had originally expected. It took me about 40-45 minutes to prepare (about 15 minutes over the expected time).

The end product was worth it! I felt like a real chef in the kitchen after all was said and done. All the ingredients were super fresh and you could really taste the quality of the produce.

I would definitely make this dish again! Stay tuned for my post next week on the other recipe I tried out (spoiler alert: I liked it even more than this one!)
