White Spot and Triple O’s is one of the first restaurants in Canada to feature the award-winning Impossible™ Burger from Impossible Foods. These made from plants burger patties will be available at all 62 White Spot locations and 39 Triple O’s across BC and Alberta. However, guests can substitute the Impossible™ patty into any burger on the menu. I am a huge burger fan, so I couldn’t wait to check these out. I had the opportunity to preview their two new burgers before their official launch next week on September 19.
To celebrate the launch, they will be giving away a total of 1,000 FREE Impossible™ Burgers! Enter the giveaway here!
The Avocado Impossible™ Burger will be available at White Spot. This burger features fresh avocado, pickled onions, crisp lettuce, vine-ripened tomatoes, jalapeño ranch. I love the subtle heat kick from the jalapeño ranch. The texture of the patty was on point, and the avocado was a great addition.
The Original Impossible™ Burger will be available at Triple O’s and features crisp lettuce, vine-ripened tomatoes, secret Triple ‘O’ Sauce & signature pickle on top. However, I wanted a little something extra so I got mine with mushrooms and jack cheese.
This Saturday, September 19 and Sunday, September 20, you can be the first to try the Impossible™ burger creations at White Spot and Triple O’s. In addition, they will donate $2 from every Impossible™ Burger sold over the two days to Variety – the Children’s Charity.
Overall I really like what White Spot has done with the Impossible™ Burger. The flavours are fresh and the sauce accompaniments pack a punch. However, at the end of the day I will still stick with my Monty Mushroom burger.
