Crack On Vancouver Food Truck is Serving Up Elevated Breakfast Sandwiches

Crack On vancouver food truck

Crack On is a food truck in Vancouver that makes the most amazing breakfast sandwiches. The main focus of their breakfast sandwiches is to feature eggs. All of the sandwiches are made up of freshly baked sourdough bread and organic free range eggs. As someone who loves all things sourdough and eggs, I knew I had to check this spot out!

They have a rotating food truck schedule that they update every Sunday on Instagram. They are also available at their commissary kitchen space from Tuesday to Friday and at The House of Funk on the weekend. You can also find them on Uber Eats (use my code ‘eats-cecic463ui’ for $5 off) and Skip the Dishes. I recommend you go in person thought to best enjoy the sandwiches hot!

Crack On Vancouver – Breakfast Sandwiches

I went to their Commissary kitchen one day when I was picking up some cream puffs from Beta5. From the menu I went with their signature Crack Sandwich ($14.00) and EggyMcEggFace ($17.00). For my side I got the Fully Loaded Hashbrowns ($15.00).

This sandwich has everything but the kitchen sink! I love the Asian twist on this sandwich. The Gochujang aioli really packs a nice spicy kick. The pickles help to break up the richness of the sandwich. If you are looking to indulge this sandwich is the one for you!

To complement my already rich meal, I decided to go all out with the Fully Loaded Hash Browns ($15.00). Four beautifully fried hash browns are topped with bacon, grated cheddar cheese, pickled red onion, candied jalapenos and a very generous squeeze of gochujang aioli. The hash browns were so crispy! This dish was hefty, so definitely share this if you don’t want to hit an immediate food coma!
