Have you ever seen the perfect latte art with printed pictures and wondered where to get them from? Well look no further then Perfecto Cafe located on Davie Street in Downtown Vancouver! They have the coolest machine where you can pick from their library of images as well as pick from your own library of images to print on your latte. In addition to this super cool experience, they also have a huge variety of sweet and savoury pastries to choose from and gelato.
Perfecto Cafe is such a beautiful cafe to spend an afternoon catching up with friends. The cafe is bright and airy and they have a lot of unique decorative features including a live plant wall! For my latte art I picked Ryan (from Kakao Friends) and it came out perfectly. The trick is to pick an image with clean lines – from what I can see the best ones come out using cartoons or drawings. You can definitely pick a real picture featuring yourself or your friends, but the lines aren’t nearly as crisp with all that detail.
The pastries and croissants were excellent and I highly recommend you try their Vegan Orange Olive Loaf (it’s soooo moist and flavourful). Another excellent choice is their Double Baked Hazelnut Croissant. It’s full of hazelnuts and stuffed with Nutella! It’s an indulgent treat, but so worth it.
If you’re in the Downtown Vancouver area you should check this place out. It’s a good place to catch up with friends, do some work (free Wifi!) or just enjoy a cute latte!
