a seasonal spot prawn feature menu at the most une a seasonal spot prawn feature menu at the most unexpected of places 🦐 for a limited time, my favourite matcha cafe @nizucafe is featuring a 3 course $48 tasting menu (you can also order the dishes a la carte): - Chawanmushi ($8.50) – silky egg custard, spot prawn dashi, shitake, spot prawn, ikura - Crudo ($20.00) – yuzu kosho vinaigrette, avocado, cucumber, pickled radish - Bisque ($25.00) – house made bisque, spaghettini, nori crumb, prawn oil every dish was really tasty and i highly recommend you try it out before the season ends. pro tip: try their new yuzu tonic matcha it’s quite possibly my new favourite drink of the summer! #spotprawn #matcha #matchacafe #vancouverfood #vancouverbc
