To celebrate the Lunar New Year on January 22, Mello will be releasing two special flavours. These two flavours will only be available January 20-22 at both Mello locations as well as at their Holt Renfrew pop up. Please note that the Holt Renfrew pop-up will only be selling preselected boxes of donuts that include the two limited edition flavours. You cannot purchase separate flavours at the Holt Renfrew pop up. The donuts are so adorable, you need to check out the Mello Lunar New Year donuts ASAP!
The two Mello Lunar New Year donut flavours are:
- Red Bean Cream Donut
- Black Sesame Donut
As always the donuts have the signature fluffy Mello exterior. The black sesame one is a fan favourite, so Mello has brought it back to celebrate. The red bean flavour is a new flavour to the line up and it has a subtle nuttiness from the red beans. Both flavours are ‘not to sweet’ and perfect for any family gathering this Lunar New Year weekend! Preorders for the donuts will open on the Mello website January 19.
The Mello x Holt Renfrew pop up will be from January 20 to 22nd and they open at 11 AM. They will be there while quantities last and it will be first come first serve. Preorders are NOT accepted for the pop-up.
There are two preselected box options. The preselected box of 6 donuts will include the two new Lunar New Year flavours (black sesame and red bean cream), matcha, strawberries and cream, cereal milk and tiramisu. The box of 3 will include the two new Lunar New Year flavours and matcha.
